Notion requires an enterprise plan for inviting contractors via API (SSO) but you can still invite contractors via the manual invite link.

Navigate over to your Notion account, go to Settings & Members and toggle the invite link and copy it over to Headcount.

Once you've added the link, click Update and then when you invite new contractors you can add them to apps you use.
